Rental Application Qualifications

A complete application will include the following additional documents:

• Proof of Income (at least two paystubs or one month's income)
  
  
• Self-employed proof of income (two years of tax returns, first page only)
  
  
• Provided two pieces of ID, One being photo ID
  
  
• The application must be filled out in its entirety

To qualify an applicant must have:

• Household income equal to 3x the amount of Rent
  
  
• Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or above.
  
  
• No previous evictions
  
  
• Three years of verifiable rental history or proof of mortgage payments made on time for the past 24 months
